Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Senior Application Launch Manager to lead the functional and technical rollout of our Warehouse Management System across multiple sites. You will gather requirements, design configurations, and ensure timely launches while collaborating with clients and vendors.

The role requires strong SQL skills, 6–8 years in project management, and experience integrating WMS with ERP systems like SAP. Travel will be substantial as projects span network sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years' experience in project management and WMS/LMS launch.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and WCS a plus.
• Ability to build positive business relationships with clients and vendors.
• Strong understanding of distribution center and logistics concepts.
• Creative and strategic in decision making to support company goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong executive-level communication and leadership presence.
• Solid business planning, analytics, and financial awareness.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project activities from design to launch for WMS implementations.
• Write BRDs for configurations and integrations for WMS/LMS/WCS.
• Ensure on-time project launches and manage delays.
• Lead client consulting engagements with goals and deliverables.
• Develop and communicate project plans and status to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, with mitigation planning.
• Define success criteria and postmortem recommendations.
• Oversee production turnover and handoff to support.
