Job summary

EchoStar Corporation is seeking a Business Operations Manager to direct core network operations and support analysts in a fast-paced environment. You will bridge technical functionality with business strategy and align engineering, IT, field teams, and external partners to meet brand objectives and contractual commitments.

You will guide a team, optimize processes, and use AI and analytics to improve workflows and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in business operations, network operations, or technical project management.
• Experience influencing across a matrix organization and presenting to executives.
• Experience with process optimization and project management principles.
• Ability to analyze operational metrics and resolve IT process bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide a team of analysts executing technical network initiatives, cross-functional projects, and strategic priorities.
• Lead process optimization and drive operational changes across network, engineering, and IT teams without direct authority.
• Establish robust communication frameworks and prepare regular business reviews for executive leadership and steering committees.
• Manage external partner relationships to ensure internal team delivery on strategic goals and contractual commitments.
• Leverage AI tools and business analytics to analyze complex operational challenges and optimize team workflows.
• Translate technical network system functionality into actionable business and customer experience strategies.
