Job summary

EchoStar Corporation in Colorado is seeking a Program Manager I, Wireless Requirements to drive agent application strategy within the CX Agent Delivery & Strategy team. You will define end-to-end business requirements for agent tools used to support customers in real time, including AI-powered features like agent-assist and automated workflows.

You will own the initiative lifecycle from strategy to delivery, coordinate with engineering, UX/UI, testing, and production teams, and build roadmaps

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing complex program lifecycles and cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience gathering business requirements and defining product backlogs.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI and IT to integrate automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define program features, usability standards, and prioritized backlogs with UX/UI designers for agent solutions.
• Own the full initiative lifecycle from strategy to execution; manage risks, schedules, and resources.
• Optimize cross-team processes and leverage AI tools to automate workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Act as liaison across engineering, UX/UI, testing, and production teams with IT and AI groups.
• Build strategic roadmaps based on business objectives, agent feedback, market insights, and AI tech.
