Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a senior technical professional to join the Wireless Technology team, focusing on platform integration and end-to-end lifecycle management for entitlement servers and eSIM orchestration.

You will bridge internal IT with external vendors, drive highly available platform services, and embed AI-driven automation to reduce downtime and accelerate deployments across 5G-enabled networks. A background in telecom environments and strong scripting/ IaC skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in Platform Integration, Systems Engineering, or related tech role.
• Must have 3+ years with entitlement servers, eSIM orchestration, API integration, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-availability entitlement server environments and integrations to minimize downtime.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between internal engineering teams and external vendors for API integrations and rapid issue resolution.
• Implement end-to-end testing and Proofs of Concept for new platform capabilities before production.
• Deploy AI-driven automation tools to improve platform operations and workflow efficiency.
• Execute device and SIM certification protocols ensuring compliance across mobile network standards.
