Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a senior leader to serve as Head of Retail Wireless Operations. You will direct end-to-end program design, development, and execution for a new line of business and track post-launch success.

Role requires managing cross-functional relationships and mentoring a team of business analysts to build leadership capacity across product, IT, finance, legal, care, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years in wireless planning, business operations, with 3+ years in senior leadership.
• 5+ years experience with Google Suite, process-mapping tools, and OKR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Direct the long-term strategy for retail wireless' new line of business, overseeing design, development, execution and post-launch support.
• Manage cross-functional relationships across product, IT, finance, legal, care, marketing and other workstreams to execute initiatives.
• Navigate ambiguity, influence decisions and drive complex workstreams to completion; act as a force multiplier across departments.
• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts to support the program and cross-functional teams, building leadership capacity.
