Job summary

EchoStar Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst/Manager to lead the Retail Wireless Finance team, driving business insight and strategic capital decisions. You will build and refine complex models, evaluate pricing and investments, and partner with Sales, Product and Operations to ensure alignment and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in financial analysis, 2+ years of leadership, strong Excel and AI-enhanced analytics, and a track record of delivering executive-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team management role.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, and scenario analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 1–2 financial analysts.
• Develop and manage sophisticated financial models for business cases and investments.
• Perform NPV, DCF, and pro‑forma P&L analyses focusing on wireless metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Accounting to align finance with operations.
• Use AI-driven tools to enhance modeling efficiency and data synthesis.
