Job summary

Verizon in Modesto, CA is seeking a self-motivated Floating Sr. Account Manager to identify, qualify and close new business with an emphasis on building relationships and multi‑product solutions such as Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP and Google platforms.

You’ll travel within the territory, enjoy base pay plus commission, plus a comprehensive benefits package starting day one, tuition assistance, and generous time off. This mobile role will float among territories based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• 4+ years outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation.
• Willingness to travel up to ~50% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and qualify leads to drive sales opportunities.
• Gaining new business and incremental revenue to meet targets.
• Retain, manage and grow the existing customer base.
• Coordinate with support partners to educate customers on solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Present and position multi-product solutions (Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, Google).
• Track and report progress using sales tools.
