Job summary

Kiakahi, LLC is seeking a Computer Operator Support Specialist to join a government-focused team in Austin. The role maintains Windows OS desktops, Office apps, and peripheral devices, while ensuring IT compliance and supporting remote work tools.

You will work in a cohesive team, provide reports, and suggest system enhancements. DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship are required; on-site Austin TX location.

Qualifications

• High School/GED; 5-7 years of desktop administration experience preferred.
• Must possess IT I level certification IAW AR 25-2 and an IAT II DoD certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M.
• Requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; occasional company vehicle use on site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, diagnose, reimage, reload, utilize, troubleshoot and repair Windows laptops/desktops (Windows Vista/10+).
• Configure, diagnose, reload, troubleshoot Office 2013 apps including Outlook.
• Handle NCES products and Jabber IM applications.
• Configure, diagnose, reload, troubleshoot WiFi, AirCard, and wireless services.
• Support handheld devices and CAC/SAM readers; assist with remote desktops via SCCM.
• Use Active Directory to manage MS Server objects and permissions.
