Job summary

MKS2 Technologies, LLC is seeking experienced Deskside Support Analysts to deliver enterprise-level IT support across government environments. You will assist end users with desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, and endpoint infrastructure, ensuring secure and reliable operations.

Ideal candidates have DoD exposure, active security clearance, and 4–7 years in desktop IT. DoD 8570 certs and Microsoft Endpoint tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant desktop/endpoint IT experience.
• Experience diagnosing endpoint, application, and network issues.
• Familiar with ticketing systems and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, image, deploy, and maintain Windows OS and enterprise endpoint devices.
• Support software deployment, patches, and device lifecycle management.
• Monitor endpoint health and compliance with enterprise policies.
