Job summary

Kiakahi, LLC is seeking a Computer Operator Support Specialist IV to join our on-site team supporting a large government client. The role is based at Fort Hood, TX and requires a DoD Secret clearance.

You will perform desktop and peripheral support, incident handling, and system maintenance for Windows environments, with CSIRT and IAVA remediation responsibilities. You will work closely with Tier II/III engineers, generate reports, and provide technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred
• 4+ years of experience in desktop administration preferred
• Must possess and maintain IT I level certification IAW AR 25-2 and an IAT II certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop, software, and peripheral support for NIPRNET and SIPRNET customers
• Resolve desktop problems via Remote Control; add/delete accounts and reset passwords as needed and assist with IAVA remediation
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, relocate, and repair desktops, PDA devices, and printers
