Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. is seeking a Wind Site Manager for High Lonesome- Pipeline to coordinate field work, manage maintenance budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise staff, monitor QA/QC, and work with SAP PM for work orders and notifications. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in operations and wind energy, strong leadership, and comfort with heights, travel, and extreme weather.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations and maintenance or construction experience, or a Bachelors Degree with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Wind energy background preferred and capability to manage site operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field work and maintenance activities for wind project sites.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for staff and assets (HSE).
• Develop and manage site budgets and 5-year projections.
• Oversee QA/QC inspections and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with support teams on equipment failure analysis and procedures.
