Enel North America is seeking a Site Manager to lead local execution, direction, and control of assets for assigned projects. You will oversee budgets, stakeholder relations, and regulatory compliance, coordinating maintenance, planning, and outages to maximize profitability and reliability.

The role requires 8+ years in operations/maintenance or construction, a BS in Engineering, CMRP certification, and strong SAP/SCADA knowledge.

Qualifications

8+ years of operations and maintenance or construction experience; Engineering degree preferred.
Solar/renewables background preferred; military experience may substitute years of experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure operation of all assigned assets within regulatory guidelines.
Review and report monthly KPI: Safety, Environmental KPIs, MTD & YTD Observations, Incidents, and Spills.
Manage execution of plant activities from Planners via Scheduled Work Orders; oversee budget and schedule (Opex, Capex).
Coordinate maintenance planning, real-time Work Orders, and staff scheduling.
Monitor site performance via SCADA, SAP, and related systems; ensure full SAP usage.
Review and close Work Orders with accurate data entries, schedules and deliveries.
Oversee outages coordination to control costs and minimize downtime.
Support E&C and Business Development with technical reviews for new projects or upgrades.
Develop and maintain plant operation, maintenance, and safety procedures; write technical documents.
