Job summary

Enel North America is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance leader to coordinate field work, manage budgets, and ensure safety across wind projects. You will oversee on-site maintenance, third-party providers, and capital project execution while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder relationships.

The role requires 8+ years in wind energy operations, a degree plus significant experience, travel up to 25%, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a demanding outdoor

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations & maintenance or construction; wind energy preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years relevant experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing third party service providers.
• Project contract management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products for documentation and reporting.
• Must be able to travel 25%.
• Knowledge of WTGs, High Voltage/Substation, SCADA.
• Team player with initiative and problem-solving.
• Able to work at heights and regularly lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Insure and maintain a safe working environment for all staff and 3rd party providers.
• Site documentation management and historical data accountability.
• Coordinate on-site maintenance with 3rd party providers and ON-CALL schedules.
• Perform Routine Annual Maintenance including QA/QC inspections and asset condition.
• Assist with project planning: writing scopes, quotes, scheduling work.
• Develop and implement capital project work plans on-site.
• Support equipment evaluation and troubleshooting for assigned projects.
• Analyze site performance and drive corrective actions with support teams.
