Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. seeks a Wind Site Manager for Thunder Ranch to coordinate field work, maintenance, safety, and site budgets. You will oversee on-site teams, manage third-party providers, and ensure compliance with federal and state standards while driving performance metrics.

The role requires extensive wind industry experience, strong planning skills, and the ability to travel as needed. On-site work environment, with comprehensive Enel benefits and leadership support.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of operations and maintenance or construction experience, wind energy background preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience OR extensive wind/o&m background.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field work, maintenance, and repairs ensuring safety and compliance.
• Manage site budgets and forecasts, and maintain 3rd party contractor schedules.
• Create annual and 5-year maintenance plans; track performance and incidents.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (NERC, ISO, OSHA) and manage inventory.
