Job summary

Deutsche Windtechnik in the United States is seeking a Site Manager to lead wind farm operations, supervise maintenance and repairs, and maintain strong customer relations. You will drive performance, manage the site budget, and oversee the site team to maximize turbine availability and profitability.

The role requires wind industry experience and prior leadership, with hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the wind industry with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.
• Valid driving license (non CDL / CDL) and ability to pass safety and medical checks.
• Advanced MS Office skills and ability to interpret safety and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Direct all wind farm operations at the site for maintenance and repair, focusing on customer relations and profitability.
• Report turbine issues to engineers and direct the site team within the contractual scope.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, service logs, and operational KPIs.
• Write routine reports and manage site personnel performance and development.
