Job summary

Enel North America is seeking an Inventory and Logistics Specialist to support the Wind Site Manager. This role focuses on accurate spare parts inventory, secure storage, and daily SAP transactions, with field and site office duties.

You will work with maintenance planners and vendors to ensure parts availability, organize stock areas, and train technicians on inventory processes. Monday–Friday hours apply, with safety and efficiency at the core.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory management experience; wind energy background preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• SAP experience is preferred but not required.
• Current driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to report to site daily, Mon-Fri 7:00am–3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Keep spare parts areas secure and document parts removed from inventory.
• Perform daily inventory review and ensure parts are returned.
• Receive spare parts and move with pallet jacks or forklift after training.
• Organize and label spare parts areas, including storage rooms and warehouses.
• Manage SAP goods receipts and issues daily.
• Order spare parts and coordinate with vendors to meet site needs.
• Track shipments and prepare receiving areas for new deliveries.
• Support site management with monthly spare parts consumption reporting and cost forecasting.
• Assist with digitization initiatives to increase efficiency and safety.
