Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending seeks an experienced professional to develop and maintain broker/seller relationships for wholesale and correspondent loan products. You will drive new business, liaise with operations to close loans, and ensure policy compliance across disclosures and submissions.

You will train brokers on Carrington programs, submission processes, and online systems, while managing a strong loan pipeline and delivering exceptional service to broker partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales performance in developing broker/seller relationships.
• Proven ability to set and reach sales goals.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations related to mortgage products.
• Familiarity with FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency loan products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and approve new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Maintain broker/seller relationships and ensure a steady flow of loan applications.
• Advise brokers/sellers on Carrington programs, pricing and submission policies.
• Educate brokers/sellers on policy changes and new procedures.
• Assist brokers/sellers in the loan submission process.
• Train brokers/sellers on online systems for loan submissions, underwriting, rate sheets and lock procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan closings.
• Ensure compliance deadlines for disclosures and notices are met.
• Maintain CRM contacts and protect customer confidentiality.
• Manage loan pipeline to meet departmental goals.
• Provide high levels of customer service to brokers/sellers.
