Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is hiring a sales-focused professional to develop and maintain broker/seller relationships for wholesale and correspondent loan products. You’ll identify new partners, manage pipelines, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely closings.

The role requires knowledge of government and conventional loan programs, strong communication, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth

Formación

• Proven sales performance developing broker/seller relationships.
• Ability to set and reach sales goals.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency loan products.
• Experience with purchase transactions and mortgage processes.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, contact, and gain approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Maintain broker/seller relationships for a steady flow of loan applications and purchases.
• Advise on programs, pricing, submission policies, and policy changes.
• Assist brokers/sellers in loan submission and rate sheets.
• Train brokers/sellers on online submission systems and loan lock procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closings and compliance deadlines.
• Manage CRM contacts and protect customer confidentiality.
• Provide high-level service to brokers/sellers throughout the loan process.
