Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Merchandiser for US Wholesale to lead seasonal directives and initiatives.

You will partner with Marketplace Planning and cross-functional teams to deliver the right product at the right place and time while supporting financial goals and brand expression. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics to align forecasts with brand strategy and demand plans, driving profitable growth and ensuring a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in footwear and/or apparel merchandising, preferably within wholesale merchandising and planning.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, retail math, and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to influence and drive results through collaboration, accountability, and effective stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated leadership in building compelling product assortments and driving brand and business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, receipt, margin, and style-color count targets seasonally for US Wholesale.
• Develop and execute US Wholesale assortments meeting consumer and financial targets.
• Collaborate with Regional Merchandising on future needs for flawless execution across the marketplace.
• Build partnerships with DTC, Distributors, Product, Marketing, Ecomm, Operations, Supply Planning, and Analytics.
