Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Merchandiser for US Wholesale to lead seasonal directives and build strong assortments. You will partner with Marketplace Planning and cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery and alignment with financial goals.

The role requires 7+ years in footwear/apparel merchandising, advanced Excel skills, and a track record of collaboration and leadership in a matrixed environment. Remote work with travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7 years in footwear/apparel merchandising, preferably wholesale.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and retail math.
• Proven ability to influence and drive results via collaboration and accountability.
• Leadership in building compelling assortments and driving brand results.
• Experience leading cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, receipt, margin, and style-color targets seasonally for US Wholesale.
• Develop and execute US Wholesale assortments meeting consumer and financial targets.
• Collaborate with Regional Merchandising on future needs for flawless execution.
• Build partnerships with DTC, Distributors, Product, Marketing, Ecomm, Logistics, Planning, Analytics.
• Present merchandise strategy and goals each season; inform inventory targets.
• Deliver presentations during GTM milestones, QBRs, and MBRs.
• Partner with Planning and Marketing to align forecasts with brand strategy.
• Identify in-season opportunities and outline profitable growth plans.
• Champion Teva values and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Travel 15-20% annually.
