Job summary

Deckers Brands in the US Wholesale team is seeking a Sr. Merchandiser to lead the execution of Teva’s seasonal directives, develop assortments, and ensure timely buy execution across the US marketplace.

You will partner with regional merchandising, planning, marketing and ecommerce, travel 15–20% annually, influence cross‑functional teams, and deliver data‑driven strategies to meet financial targets. A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in footwear/apparel merchandising are expected; strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in footwear and/or apparel merchandising, preferably wholesale.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, retail math, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment, including Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, receipt, margin, and style-color count targets seasonally for US Wholesale.
• Develop and execute US Wholesale assortments that meet consumer requirements and financial targets.
• Collaborate with Regional Merchandising for innovative product and flawless execution across marketplace.
• Present merchandise strategy and goals each season, informing inventory targets and top-down objectives.
• Deliver presentations during key GTM milestone meetings, QBRs, and MBRs to inform in-season opportunities.
