Deckers Brands in Goleta, California (Remote) seeks a Sr. Manager, Demand Planning for the UGG wholesale channel.

You’ll lead the day-to-day performance and evolution of the demand planning function, delivering a rigorous, data-driven forecast that supports profitable growth and cross-functional decision-making. You’ll partner with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Planning to shape demand assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and translate priorities into

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, merchandising, business, or related field.
Demand and/or supply planning certifications preferred; analytics or data visualization experience (Tableau or similar).
Minimum 7 years in demand or supply planning within a global, multi-channel org (retail, wholesale, ecommerce).
Experience leading a 6+ person planning team and coordinating across stakeholders.
Experience with S&OP governance and planning platforms such as o9.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing Demand Planning team with analytics and forecasting discipline.
Model forecast scenarios, coordinate S&OP cadence, and align priorities into execution plans.
Partner with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Planning to shape demand assumptions.
Communicate risks, trade-offs, and recommended actions to senior stakeholders.
Drive improvements in tools, processes, and decision readiness.
