Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Merchandiser for US Wholesale to lead the execution of Teva’s seasonal directives and initiatives.

You’ll partner with Marketplace Planning and cross-functional teams to deliver the right product at the right place and time, supporting Teva’s financial goals and brand expression. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in footwear/apparel merchandising, strong analytical skills, and demonstrated leadership in cross-functional environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in wholesale merchandising.
• Proven ability to influence and drive results through collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Wholesale assortment planning and buy execution.
• Collaborate with Regional Merchandising and cross-functional teams to ensure innovative product and flawless execution.
• Present merchandise strategy and seasonal goals to stakeholders.
• Analyze retail metrics and outline profitable growth plans for categories.
• Travel 15-20% annually.
