Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in supply chain, merchandising, business, or related field preferred.
• Demand/supply planning certifications strongly preferred; analytics or data visualization experience (Tableau or similar) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in demand or supply planning within a global, multi‑channel organization (retail, wholesale, ecommerce).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing Demand Planning team with analytics, forecasting discipline, and systems usage.
• Manage forecasting processes and S&OP cadence; align with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Shape demand assumptions with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Planning teams; translate into actions.
