Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Demand Planning for the UGG Wholesale channel.

You will lead the day‑to‑day performance and evolution of the demand planning function, delivering a rigorous, data‑driven forecast that supports profitable growth and aligned cross‑functional decisions. You will partner with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Planning to shape demand, identify risks and opportunities, and translate trade‑offs into the consensus forecast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in supply chain, merchandising, business, or related field preferred.
• Demand planning certifications preferred; advanced analytics or data visualization experience (Tableau or similar) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in demand or supply planning in a global, multi‑channel org (retail, wholesale, ecommerce).
• Experience leading a demand planning team of 6+ professionals and coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience with forecasting processes, S&OP cadence, governance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Demand Planning team with analytics, forecasting discipline, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage forecasting processes and coordinate S&OP cadence and governance.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Planning to shape demand assumptions.
• Identify risks and opportunities and translate into consensus forecasts.
• Drive improvements in tools, processes, and decision support.
