Job summary

Deckers Brands, home to HOKA, seeks a Sr. Manager, Demand Planning for NA Wholesale. You will lead day-to-day Demand Planning, drive data-driven forecasts, and coordinate S&OP with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, and Brand Planning to align priorities and improve forecast accuracy.

You will manage a team, coach talent, and push continuous improvements in tools and processes within a fast-paced, matrixed organization, ensuring alignment with financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related field preferred (supply chain, merchandising, business).
• Minimum 7 years in demand or supply planning in a global multi-channel setup (retail, wholesale, ecommerce).
• Experience leading a 6+ person demand planning team and cross-functional coordination.
• Proven forecasting process ownership and S&OP cadence involvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing Demand Planning team, building analytics and forecasting discipline.
• Manage forecasting processes, including S&OP cadence and governance.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain to shape demand assumptions.
• Identify risks and opportunities, align trade-offs with consensus forecasts.
• Develop segmentation and attribute planning to improve visibility of demand drivers.
• Present and influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Improve planning processes to align with strategic and financial targets.
