Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Senior West Coast Regional Manager to lead strategic sales across the West Coast from a remote Arizona base. You’ll hunter for new business, manage key accounts, and build a high-performing regional team in a fast-growing roofing solutions business.

This role requires 4–6 years of sales management, strong prospecting, closing, and territory planning, and willingness to travel 60–75%. Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with CRM and presentations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of sales management experience with prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new customers and increase market share in the West Coast region.
• Drive sales development including national accounts and territory growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager & Distribution leadership on sales programs.
