Job summary

HDR is a leading global engineering and consulting firm focused on water resources and environmental resilience. The Business Class Lead will work with the Business Class Director and HDR peers to advance plan formulation and staff development across projects.

This role drives quality culture, supports market growth, and mentors multidisciplinary teams to deliver Federal projects, applying industry standards and innovative approaches to client challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Good leadership and organizational skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Leading or supporting standards and guidelines technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques.
• Participating in tactical planning including engaging HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
• Working with HDR staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
