Job summary

HDR is a leader in water resource planning and environmental services. The Business Class Lead (BCL) will work with the Business Class Director to monitor competencies, staff development and execution of water resource projects that meet federal planning standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license, or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills; active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, and workflows to improve service quality.
• Participate in tactical planning, align initiatives with market drivers and client needs, support recruiting efforts.
• Collaborate with HDR teams, engage in pursuits as lead or team member, drive industry-facing strategies.
