Job summary

The Business Class Lead (BCL) will work with the Business Class Director and HDR peers to monitor and improve technical competencies, staff development, and delivery of water resource planning that meets federal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Serve as a Quality Control lead, technical advisor, and technical lead for specific projects.
• Work with project teams to field needs and align staff to meet delivery expectations.
• Lead or support standards and guidelines technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
