Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Direct experience in commercial construction field leadership preferred.
• Experience with waterproofing, restoration, and building-envelope projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations for commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects.
• Supervise Foremen, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and other jobsite personnel.
• Coordinate with Project Managers regarding manpower, materials, and scheduling.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
• Conduct site walks to verify progress and quality.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE and fall protection.
• Assist with project meetings and documentation of RFIs and changes.
