Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Gulf Shore, AL seeks an Experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects. You will lead foremen and crews, coordinate with project managers, review drawings, and ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality standards on occupied commercial sites.

A strong background in vertical and horizontal restoration and ability to manage multiple projects is required, with OSHA

Qualifications

Minimum three years of commercial construction field experience.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Experience supervising Foremen and field crews.
Experience with occupied commercial buildings a plus.
Bilingual English and Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage daily field operations for commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects.
Supervise Foremen, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and other personnel.
Review drawings, specifications, details, scopes of work, contracts, and construction schedules.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with contract documents and manufacturer requirements.
Participate in project meetings and document progress, RFIs, and changes.
