Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance.
• Good communication of site concerns to Foreman or Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Perform waterproofing, concrete repair, façade restoration, and related construction work.
• Follow daily instructions from Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager.
• Assist with jobsite setup, material staging, and cleanup.
• Prepare surfaces for waterproofing and coating applications.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Support with scaffolding, aerial lifts, rigging, and access equipment as trained.
