The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of field leadership, deep knowledge of building envelope systems, and a strong ability to read plans, manage schedules, and ensure quality. Travel to job sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of construction field leadership experience preferred.
• 5+ years in waterproofing, commercial construction, restoration, roofing or related work preferred.
• Previous experience as a Superintendent or similar field leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, schedules and project documents.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee field operations for multiple waterproofing construction projects.
• Supervise and support field teams, subcontractors, and labor crews.
• Coordinate daily and weekly field activities, schedules and production targets.
• Ensure waterproofing work adheres to project specs, drawings and manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain project plans, safety programs, and quality control on site.
• Travel to project sites may be required.
