Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations of waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects in Gulf Shore, AL.

You will ensure work is performed safely, on time, and in accordance with contract documents, project specs, and manufacturer requirements, while leading foremen and crews and coordinating with project managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of commercial construction field experience.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing, façade restoration, and building-envelope systems.
• Ability to supervise Foremen, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• OSHA 30 certification and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations for waterproofing, restoration, and repair projects.
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, vendors, and jobsite personnel.
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules; coordinate with Project Managers.
• Conduct site walks, monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate access equipment and fall-protection requirements.
• Prepare documentation for RFIs, change orders, and closeout.
