Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Florida seeks a Project Manager to lead waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects from award to closeout. You will coordinate with estimators, operations, superintendents, foremen, field crews, and clients to ensure scope, safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has five+ years of experience in specialty construction and a related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five years of commercial construction or specialty contracting experience.
• Experience coordinating projects in occupied commercial buildings, high-rise properties, or parking structures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage waterproofing, façade restoration, and building-envelope projects from award through closeout.
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule, and budget across multiple sites and teams.
• Lead kickoff meetings and coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare change orders, submittals, and closeout documentation.
