Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, and concrete repair on building-envelope projects in Orange Beach, AL.

The role requires leading foremen and crews, coordinating with Project Managers, and ensuring safety, schedule, and quality in occupied facilities. Strong communication, OSHA knowledge, and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years commercial construction field experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience with waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, or building-envelope construction preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Experience supervising foremen and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for waterproofing, restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects.
• Supervise foremen, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules and contracts; monitor progress.
• Coordinate access equipment, safety protocols and fall-protection requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and document RFIs, change orders and time work.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.
