Paycom - ATS in Panama City, FL is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects on commercial sites.

The role requires reading drawings, coordinating with project managers, supervising foremen and subcontractors, and maintaining safety, quality, and schedule adherence on multiple active projects. A strong leadership mindset and OSHA 30 are valued.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of commercial construction field experience.
Experience as Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts and scope documents.
Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily field operations for waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects.
Supervise foremen, crews, subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
Monitor manpower, productivity, and project progress against schedule.
Review drawings and specs and communicate requirements to field teams.
Coordinate equipment access, scaffolding, and fall-protection requirements.
Prepare RFIs, change orders, and document field progress.
Promote safety, quality, and teamwork on site.
