Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Experienced Construction Superintendent to manage daily field operations for commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, and concrete repair in Pensacola, FL. You will lead foremen, crews, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and compliance with contract documents.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Project Managers, reviewing drawings, and maintaining quality standards on site. OSHA 30 certification preferred; bilingual EN/ES a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair and building-envelope construction.
• Experience with commercial specialty contractor environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction plans, specs, and scopes.
• Proven leadership of foremen, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for waterproofing, restoration, concrete repair and building-envelope projects.
• Supervise foremen, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and jobsite personnel.
• Assign daily work, monitor manpower, productivity and progress.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and schedules to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers on manpower, material, equipment, and changes.
• Conduct site walks, inspect workmanship and verify compliance with standards.
• Ensure access equipment, scaffolding, and fall-protection requirements are met.
• Document project progress, RFIs, change orders, and milestones.
• Maintain safety, quality, and accountability on site.
