Job summary

Paycom - ATS is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, and concrete repair projects in Orange Beach, AL. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality per contract documents and manufacturer specs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial construction field operations and safety practices.
• Experience leading foremen, crews, and subcontractors on restoration/ waterproofing projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations for waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects.
• Supervise Foremen, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and other jobsite personnel.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on manpower, procurement, scheduling, and field conditions.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specs, and safety standards.
