Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects from award through final completion.
• Review contracts, proposals, estimates, drawings, specifications, schedules, exclusions, qualifications, and scope requirements.
• Coordinate the transition of awarded projects from estimating to operations.
• Develop project execution plans, budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and staffing requirements.
• Identify project risks, access requirements, logistical challenges, long-lead materials, and critical schedule activities.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings with internal teams and field leadership.
• Ensure field teams understand scope, production expectations, schedule, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate required permits, submittals, product data, samples, mock-ups, warranties, and manufacturer approvals.
