Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an experienced Field Technician to perform hands-on construction work on commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects under a Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in waterproofing, concrete repair, or façade restoration is a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Comfortable working at heights and in active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial waterproofing, concrete repair, façade restoration, and related work.
• Follow instructions from Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager.
• Prepare work areas, protect surfaces, and manage material staging.
• Assist with scaffolding, aerial lifts, and other access equipment as trained.
