Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, and building-envelope projects in the Sarasota area. You will drive preconstruction through closeout, manage safety, quality, and client communications, and coordinate with estimators, operations, superintendents, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years of PM experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with waterproofing/building-envelope projects preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and staffing plans for each project.
• Coordinate with subs, field teams, and suppliers to meet milestones.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on all sites.
• Maintain project documentation and cost tracking throughout.
