Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Field Technician for hands-on construction work on commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects in Panama City, FL. You will operate under a Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager and complete tasks safely and per project specs while upholding company quality standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in waterproofing, concrete repair, or façade restoration is a plus.
Willingness to learn and comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform waterproofing, concrete repair, façade restoration, and related construction work.
Follow daily instructions from Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager.
Assist with jobsite setup, protection, material staging, cleanup, and demobilization.
Prepare surfaces for waterproofing, coatings, and sealants.
Use hand and power tools safely for surface preparation.
Assist with scaffolding, aerial lifts, rigging, and access equipment as trained.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow all jobsite rules and participate in safety meetings.
