Clark Water Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on water/wastewater projects. You will oversee both self-performed and contracted work, ensuring compliance with plans, budgets, and schedules.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage shop drawings and field changes, and build strong relations with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of water/wastewater project experience with a general contractor or equivalent industry experience.
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Experience delivering water/wastewater projects from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• Demonstrated experience leading field operations and communicating plans effectively across multiple audiences and stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work for full project or scope.
• Implement safety and quality culture among Clark employees and trade contractors; conduct regular safety inspections.
• Create and manage a plan to sequence work, manage jobsite logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Ensure a high quality of work consistent with project and company standards.
• Takes initiative to deliver a project on schedule and on budget.
• Develop and communicate the project schedule; highlight critical milestones to stakeholders.
• Lead multi-disciplinary meetings to align on the project schedule.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-functioning team.
