Responsibilities include sequencing work, coordinating logistics, guiding multi-disciplinary teams, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships while upholding Clark standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of water/wastewater project experience.
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes: scheduling, contracts, equipment, personnel.
• Experience leading field operations and communicating plans to diverse audiences.
• Advanced knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work.
• Foster safety and quality culture; conduct regular safety inspections.
• Plan sequencing, site logistics, and material/personnel tracking.
• Ensure work quality aligns with project and Clark standards.
• Develop and update the project schedule with milestones; communicate to stakeholders.
• Lead multi-disciplinary meetings to gain buy-in on the schedule.
• Mentor and develop team members; build high-performing team.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders; present to internal/external audiences.
• Understand owner contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.
• Support staff charts, project costs, and KPI tracking.
