Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of major projects. You will oversee both self-performed and contracted work while enforcing safety and quality across teams and trades.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, managing schedules, and driving KPI performance on infrastructure projects. You will recruit, mentor, and develop staff, maintain owner/subcontract relationships, and participate in close-out

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related discipline.
• 7+ years on large infrastructure projects.
• 2+ years leading and developing teams.
• Knowledge of safety and building regulations (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work across a project scope.
• Implement a culture of safety and quality among Clark employees and trade contractors and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Develop, update, and communicate the project schedule with milestones and stakeholders.
• Manage field operations, logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and manage contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.
