Job summary

Clark Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent for the Clark Water Group to lead field operations and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of water/wastewater projects. You will oversee both self-performed and contracted work, upholding safety, quality, and contract compliance across multiple stakeholders.

You will drive planning, sequencing, and logistics, mentor staff, and manage key KPIs while maintaining professional relationships with clients and subcontractors in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or higher in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of water/wastewater project experience with a general contractor or equivalent.
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• OSHA and safety regulations knowledge; track record of site safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely, quality installation of contracted work on a project or scope.
• Cultivate a culture of safety and quality among employees and trade contractors.
• Develop, update, and communicate project schedule; manage milestones with stakeholders.
• Lead multi-disciplinary meetings to gain buy-in on the schedule.
• Mentor and develop team members; build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Recruit, hire, and retain outstanding personnel; foster inclusive collaboration.
• Prepare staff charts, general conditions, and KPIs; manage project costs.
• Participate in close-out activities including punch lists and operations training.
