Job summary

Clark Water Group seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for water/wastewater projects. You will oversee self‑performed and contracted work, ensure compliance with contract documents, and drive safety and quality on site.

The role requires coordinating schedules, managing crews, and maintaining project budgets while guiding a diverse team to successful completion. You will influence critical milestones, mentor staff, and foster collaborative relationships with owners,

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years in water/wastewater projects with a general contractor or equivalent.
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Experience building water/wastewater projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of scheduling, contracts, equipment, and personnel.
• Proven field operations leadership and cross‑audience communication.
• OSHA safety expertise and Clark Standards of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work on a project or scope.
• Instill safety and quality culture; conduct regular safety inspections.
• Create and manage plan to sequence work and track materials and personnel
• Ensure high quality of work and adherence to schedule and budget
• Develop, update, and communicate project schedule with stakeholders
• Lead multi‑disciplinary meetings to align on schedule
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high‑performing team
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and manage contracts
• Participate in closeout activities and KPI analysis
