Clark Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent for the Clark Water Group to oversee all field operations on a water/wastewater project. You will ensure compliance with contract documents and the project schedule, while enforcing safety and quality control policies across Clark employees and subcontractors.

You will supervise trade installation, develop the project schedule, manage submittals and deliveries, and lead training for junior staff.

Qualificações

• Minimum an undergraduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• 8–10+ years of water/wastewater construction experience with large-scale contractor or equivalent.
• Experience delivering federal/government projects successfully from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes including scheduling and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise timely and cost-effective installation of contracted work for the whole project or a defined scope.
• Provide on-the-job training for Assistants and Engineers; promote staff development.
• Develop work sequence plans, schedules, and organize activities to meet contract documents.
• Maintain knowledge of contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders; track submittals and delivery dates.
• Update schedules monthly; monitor field productivity and costs; enforce safety programs.
